At the beginning of the month Marina and I went on a girls-only outing with my mom.
We got to ride the train (aka Trax) from the Volvo dealership downtown to Gateway. Marina loved it!
We shopped at Gateway (Z Gallerie!), played in the fountain and got lunch. It was a perfect afternoon.
This month Marina also got her favorite toy ever... a tea set from Grandma. She takes it everywhere and even asks for it when she wakes up. She is a very good hostess and makes sure that everyone, including her stuffed animals, gets a plate, cup and spoon. Then she serves the "tea." So cute!
On the 3rd of July we went with our friends Kipp, Chelsea, Ayden, Annie, Ryan and Jake to the Lehi Legacy Rec Center. It is an amazing place that I only discovered a few weeks before thanks go my friend Rebecca. It is the perfect place for kids to swim. Marina loves the fountains most of all.
That night we went with the Wares to the Riverton Fair. This is a picture of how most of the rides went. Marina tolerated them and her buddy Ayden hated them.
They are still the best of friends though.
The celebrations continued when we went to Draper Days with the Wares, Rothes and Squires.
Marina's favorite thing was probably the glow sticks that Nicole brought for all the kids. Thanks for sharing!
We all enjoyed the fireworks display, especially Marina. (Check out the dirty look that we are getting from Nate for disturbing the show with our camera flash... jeez) :)

What a jerk! JK
How's your house coming along? We will have to get together next time we are up there! Maverik had fun with Marina and would love to play with her again!
